Carrabba’s Coupons

Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola founded Carrabba’s Italian grill in Houston in December of 1986. Both Johnny and Damian had an impressive level of restaurant experience and were part of one of Houston's most successful families in the restaurant business. Several of the recipes on the menu were made by Damian's mother Grace and sister Rose. After several trips to the Houston area, Carrabba's caught the attention of the owners of outback steak house Inc. A joint venture partnership was established in January of 1993. Under the joint partnership, 10 restaurants were opened between Houston and Florida. In January of 1995, Outback Steakhouse, Inc. obtained the rights to build Carrabba's nationwide. At this point in time there are more than 200 Carrabba's Italian Grill restaurants.
