If you love American rock bands and their genre of music then you will most definitely love The Eagles band. This band first came together in Los Angeles, California during the year of 1971. The band consisted of Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon, and Randy Meisner. This band had five singles that hit the number one spot and six albums that also hit the number one spot which indeed, made them the most successful artists during the 1970’s. The band had two of their albums actually rank upon the 20 best selling albums in the United States which was decided by the Recording Industry Association of America. Those two albums were “Their Greatest Hits” and “Hotel California”. In fact, their album “Hotel California” is ranked at the 37th spot on the Rolling Stones 500 Greatest Hits Album of All Time.

Overall in the Magazine the band was ranked at number seventy five in 2004. Unfortunately in 1980 the Eagles split up but then came back together in 1994 and produced their album called “Hell Freezes Over”. The band has toured every so often since they reunited and in 1998 they were introduced to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Then they got set up and ready for their new album release in 2007 called the Long Road out of Eden which was in fact their very first album in 28 years that was a full studio recording album. The following year they started off with the Long Road out of Eden tour which continued into the year of 2009 and went across North America and Europe. The band’s manager John Boylan linked Linda Ronstadt with them and they performed with her at a July concert at Disneyland and they all showed up on her Eponymous album, after this they decided to form their own band with Asylum Records.

The Eagles has had many albums out since they came together in the 1970’s which start with their self titled album called “Eagles”, “Desperado”, “On The Border”, “One Of These Nights”, “Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975”, “Hotel California”, “The Long Run”, “Eagles Live”, “Eagles Greatest Hits Volume 2”, “Hell Freezes Over”, “1972-1999 Selected Works”, “Eagles- The Very Best Of”, “Long Road Out Of Eden”, and “Long Road Out Of Eden Deluxe Collectors Edition Package”. The Eagles also has many singles, DVD’s, and Videos they produced all at the same time with their albums.
